• Ethical and Pragmatic Approaches to Public Law, Governance, and Digital Democracy

  This collection of articles examines the challenges of aligning legal frameworks with practical realities across Indonesia's strategic sectors, ranging from digital data protection and public administration to land rights in the new capital (IKN) and regional industrial governance. Essentially, these studies evaluate how effectively law and public policy provide justice and certainty for citizens amidst rapid modernization and large-scale national development.
